How does push-to-talk over cellular work on the iTALK 220?

The iTALK 220 connects to the public mobile network and routes push-to-talk audio over that network. When Wi-Fi is on, it is used first for transmission; when Wi-Fi is off, 4G is used first, with 3G and GSM (GPRS) available as the network environment allows. You press to talk and the call reaches individual, group or broadcast contacts instantly.
